How much does event photography cost?
Rates start at $250/hour (2-hour minimum) or $1,600 for a full 8-hour day. We’re happy to provide custom quotes based on your event scope.
How many photos will we receive?
A full-day event typically results in 300–600 professionally edited images. Quantity may vary depending on the event type, coverage style, and number of photographers.
When will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive a private online gallery within 3–5 business days. Rush delivery is available upon request.
Do you work discreetly?
Yes. We take pride in being unobtrusive. We photograph with a documentary style and minimal disruption, allowing the event to flow naturally.
Can you provide multiple photographers or a videographer?
Yes. We can assemble a professional team tailored to your needs, and we also partner with trusted videographers upon request.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request for your venue or corporate office.
